Agento

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 8, 2026

This policy explains what information Agento AI collects when you use this website, fill in our surveys or forms, book a call or receive messages from us, how we use it and the choices you have.

This website, agento-ai.com, is operated by Automate Your Biz AI, doing business as Agento AI (“Agento”, “we”, “us”), 2232 Dell Range BLVD, Cheyenne, WY 82009, USA. For any privacy question or request, email nathan@agento-ai.com.

Information you give us. When you fill in a survey or form, book a call or email us, we collect what you enter. That usually means your name, business email, phone number, company, state or country, and your answers about your business, such as revenue range, team size, the tools you use and the problems you want to solve.

Information from your call. If you book an assessment, we keep notes on what we discuss so we can prepare your roadmap. We may record a call only if you agree at the start of that call.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our service providers collect technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that referred you and the time of your visit. We collect it through cookies, pixels and similar technologies (see section 5).

We use your information to:

  • schedule and run your assessment call, and prepare and send your AI roadmap;
  • reply to your questions and follow up about our services;
  • send you emails and text messages you have agreed to receive (see section 4);
  • scope, deliver and support any work you hire us for;
  • understand how people use the site, measure our advertising and improve our offers;
  • protect the site and our business, and meet legal obligations.

Where the law requires a legal basis (for example in the UK and EU), we rely on your consent (marketing messages and non-essential cookies), on steps you ask us to take before entering a contract (booking and preparing your assessment), on performing our contract with you, and on our legitimate interest in running and improving our business.

If you give us your phone number and tick the consent box, we may send you text messages about your assessment, such as booking confirmations and reminders, and, if you agree separately, marketing messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also email nathan@agento-ai.com. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This does not cover the service providers that send messages on our behalf, who may only use the data to deliver them.

We use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, Inc., to measure visits to the site and the results of our ads on Facebook and Instagram, and to show our ads to people who visited the site. Meta may combine this with other information it holds about you under its own privacy policy.

Our booking calendar, surveys and forms are provided by LeadConnector, which may set its own cookies to make them work.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and control ad personalization in your Meta ad preferences. Blocking cookies may stop some parts of the site, such as the booking calendar, from working.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who help us run the business, such as LeadConnector (CRM, forms, surveys, booking, email and SMS), Meta (advertising measurement), Zoom and Google (calls, calendar and email), and our website host. They may use your data only to provide their service to us.
  • Our team and contractors who need it to prepare your roadmap or deliver your project, under confidentiality obligations.
  • Authorities or other parties when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.

We are based in the United States and our team and service providers work from several countries. Your information may be processed outside your own country, including in the United States. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.

We keep lead and assessment information for as long as it is useful to follow up with you, and no longer than three years after our last contact unless you become a client. Client records are kept for the length of our engagement and as long afterward as tax, accounting and legal obligations require. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see section 9).

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, get a copy of it, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. California residents may also ask what we have collected and disclosed about them, and will not be treated differently for using these rights.

To make a request, email nathan@agento-ai.com. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will reply within the time the law requires. If you are in the UK or EU, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, and from texts by replying STOP.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, such as access controls and reputable service providers. No system is completely secure, so please do not send passwords or sensitive customer data through our forms or by email.

Our services are for businesses. The site is not aimed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make a significant change, we will make it clear on the site or contact you directly.
