Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use agento-ai.com, fill in our surveys or forms, book a free AI assessment or receive an AI roadmap from us. The site is operated by Automate Your Biz AI, doing business as Agento AI (“Agento”, “we”, “us”), 2232 Dell Range BLVD, Cheyenne, WY 82009, USA. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

The 30-minute assessment, the written AI roadmap and the review call are free, and you have no obligation to buy anything. We aim to deliver your roadmap within 3 business days of the call, but timing can vary with the information available.

The roadmap reflects the information you share with us and our professional judgment at that time. Savings, costs, timelines and return on investment are estimates based on stated assumptions, not guarantees. Feasibility, costs and expected impact are confirmed in more detail before any paid work is agreed. You are responsible for your own business decisions.

We may decline or reschedule an assessment, for example if the business is outside the services we offer.

Any implementation, development or support work is covered by a separate written proposal or agreement that sets out its scope, fees and terms. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

You agree that the information you give us is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Please do not share passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal data about your customers through our forms or on the call.

We treat the business information you share during the assessment as confidential and use it only to prepare your roadmap and discuss our services with you. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

If you agree to receive text messages from Agento AI, we may send messages about your assessment (such as booking confirmations and reminders) and, if you agree separately, marketing messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help, or email nathan@agento-ai.com. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The site and its content, including text, designs, logos and graphics, belong to Agento or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own business use, but you may not copy, resell or republish them without our written permission.

Your AI roadmap is yours to use inside your business, including to evaluate it with other providers. Our underlying methods, templates and know-how remain ours.

You agree not to misuse the site: no submitting false or automated form entries, no attempts to break into or overload the site or our systems, and no use that breaks the law or the rights of others.

The site uses services from other companies, such as LeadConnector for booking, surveys and forms, and Meta for advertising measurement, and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

The site and the free assessment and roadmap are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we do not promise that the site will always be available or error-free. Testimonials and results described on the site reflect individual clients and are not a promise of the same results for your business.

To the extent the law allows, Agento will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or of the free assessment and roadmap. Because these are provided free of charge, our total liability for them is limited to US $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on this page at the time you use the site applies.
